Se realizaron tres proyectos de configuración espacial los cuales buscaron el desarrollo de composiciones arquitectónicas por medio de espacios de permanencia, recorrido y confinamientos.
Three spatial configuration projects were carried out which sought the development of architectural compositions by means of spaces of permanence, travel and confinement.

mediante el análisis morfológico del lugar se plantea el desarrollo de un proyecto arquitectónico el cual busca ser parte del lugar mediante el uno de materialidad del sitio siendo parte del entorno y relacionándose con las visuales del paisaje.
The morphological analysis of the site raises the development of an architectural project which seeks to be part of the place through the one of materiality of the website being part of the environment and relating to the visuals of the landscape.

Se desarrollo en el centro histórico de la cuidad de Bogotá este proyecto se realizó en base a la morfología del lugar el cual es tomado para la realización de el sin afectar le morfología del mismo.

se realizó un plan parcial el cual busca realizar toda una urbanización donde predomina la vivienda con comercio en el primer piso buscando conexión con el rio generando espacios urbanos mediante la actividad comercial y actividades culturales cerca del rio.

SEXTO SEMESTRE - VIVIENDA DE INTERÉS SOCIAL PERALVILLO CIUDAD DE MÉXICO

se realizó una serie de vivienda de interés social mediante la adaptabilidad de apartamentos con mobiliario multifuncional y muros plegables los cuales fueran adaptable para familias de 3 a 5 integrantes.
A series of housing of social interest was carried out by means of the adaptability of apartments with multifunctional furniture and folding walls which were adaptable for families of 3 to 5 members.

Se realizo durante las practicas empresariales gestión de licencias de construcción, consulta de norma, diseño y digitalización de planos arquitectónicos para curaduría urbana, gestión ante entidades planeación y catastro.
It was carried out during the business practices management of construction licenses, consultation of standard, design and digitization of architectural plans for urban curatorship, management before planning entities and cadastre.
OCTAVO SEMESTRE - PLAN PARCIAL DE DESARROLLO URBANO Y REVITALIZACIÓN DEL HUMEDAL LAGOS DE TORCA PARQUE INFLEXIÓN

Se desarrolló en el sector norte de Bogotá la propuesta urbana ubicada en los cementerios jardines del recuerdo e inmaculada en la cual se busca la conexón de los humedales existentes en la zona debido a su ruptura causada por la autopista norte reestableciendo parte del ecosistema del lugar teniendo en cuenta usos, estructura ecológica y malla vial existente se desarrolla la propuesta urbana destinada para todo tipo de usuarios, conservando el uso dotacional y de carácter funerario intrínseco del lugar, generando más actividades y espacio público.
was developed in the northern sector of Bogotá the urban proposal located in the cemeteries gardens of remembrance and immaculate in which the connection of the existing wetlands in the area is sought due to its rupture caused by the northern highway reestablishing part of the ecosystem of the place taking into account uses, ecological structure and existing road mesh the urban proposal is developed for all types of users, preserving the endowment use and intrinsic funerary character of the place, generating more activities and public space.
El proyecto arquitectónico se genera en un área de implantación de 3.000 m2 conformada por dos ejes de recorrido de la propuesta urbana generando espacios irregulares los cuales por medio de deprimidos y espacios verdes de permanencia conforman un conjunto de nodos los cuales buscan guiar al peatón hacia el proyecto; el cual está compuesto por una estructura profunda a la cual se le sustrae una parte y se jerarquiza un elemento el cual cumple la función de repartir a los visitante a través de los niveles manejados desde el acceso a -3.00 metros hasta la cubierta dicho elemento está conformado por una escalera y una rampa conectados a un mismo descanso intermedio el cual parte a diferentes zonas manejando niveles intermedios, manteniendo su relación interior/exterior por medio de la transparencia. Se maneja la flexibilidad en las salas de velación debido a la implementación de muros plegables para ampliar el área de las mismas dando la opción de configurar el número de salas de tres salas de 100 m2 a seis salas de 50 m2 aproximadamente.
The architectural project is generated in an area of implementation of 3,000 m2 made up of two axes of route of the urban proposal generating irregular spaces which through depressed and green spaces of permanence make up a set of nodes which seek to guide the pedestrian towards the project; which is composed of a deep structure from which a part is subtracted and an element is hierarchized which fulfills the function of distributing visitors through the levels managed from the access to -3.00 meters to the roof said element is made up of a staircase and a ramp connected to the same intermediate rest which departs to different areas managing intermediate levels, maintaining its interior/exterior relationship through transparency. Flexibility is managed in the wake rooms due to the implementation of folding walls to expand the area of the same giving the option to configure the number of rooms from three rooms of 100 m2 to six rooms of approximately 50 m2.
NOVENO SEMESTRE - PROPUESTA PLAN DE MEJORAMIENTO INTEGRAL BARRIO CASA LOMA I Y II, SIERRA MORENA

Diseñar un plan urbano, integral y participativo con la comunidad, que aporte a la habitabilidad y al desarrollo sustentable del territorio, a partir de la identificación de las necesidades y potencialidades de este. Generar una mixtura de usos y espacios públicos mediante el uso eficiente del suelo existente (lotes vacíos o en riesgo) que por sus condiciones puedan ser englobados para su desarrollo urbano y arquitectónico.
Design an urban, comprehensive and participatory plan with the community, which contributes to the habitability and sustainable development of the territory, based on the identification of its needs and potentialities. Generate a mixture of uses and public spaces through the efficient use of existing land (empty or at-risk lots) that due to their conditions can be encompassed for urban and architectural development.
Desarrollo de tipologías de vivienda 2 y 3
Se desarrollo en la localidad de Usme en la mesa territorial gran yomasa upz 57 donde se implementó un plan de desarrollo territorial de mejoramiento de espacio público, vivienda y equipamientos, Dentro del polígono de intervención se desarrolló una mejora de espacio público que consta de pavimentación y tratamiento de andenes, mejora de los espacios públicos existentes por medio de espacios de permanencia con materialidad y elementos naturales los cuales se evidencian en la primera parte dela propuesta donde se realiza la comparación de lo propuesto con lo existente una categorización de lotes los cuales cumplían las características de primeros pisos, lotes vacíos, y en viviendas en situación precaria, teniendo en cuenta lo anterior mencionado se realizó por medio de englobes la vivienda de tipo Z y tipo L, la composición de la vivienda se conformó mediante los usos mixtos donde se puede encontrar en primeros pisos comercio y demás pisos vivienda, las áreas de las viviendas varían dependiendo la cantidad de miembros que conforman el núcleo familiar. el volumen las viviendas lo componen a manera de módulos los cuales cuentan con diversas maneras de distribución del espacio mediante muros plegables y/o muebles de fácil movilidad. para obtener pisos al mismo nivel debido a la inclinación del terreno, se tiene en cuenta dentro de la morfología la norma al aplicar vacío posterior el cual ayuda a la ventilación e iluminación tanto del proyecto como de los vecinos colindantes.
Development of housing typologies 2 and 3
It was developed in the town of Usme in the territorial table gran yomasa upz 57 where a territorial development plan was implemented to improve public space, housing and equipment, Within the intervention polygon an improvement of public space was developed that consists of paving and treatment of platforms, improvement of existing public spaces through spaces of permanence with materiality and natural elements which are evidenced in the first part of the proposal where the comparison of the proposed with the existing is made a categorization of lots which met the characteristics of first floors, empty lots, and in homes in precarious situation, taking into account the above mentioned was made by means of englobes the housing of type Z and type L, the composition of the house was formed by mixed uses where you can find on the first floors commerce and other housing floors, the areas of the houses vary depending on the number of members that make up the family nucleus. the volume of the houses is composed as modules which have various ways of distributing space through folding walls and / or furniture of easy mobility. to obtain floors at the same level due to the inclination of the land, the norm is taken into account within the morphology when applying posterior vacuum which helps the ventilation and lighting of both the project and the neighbors.

Resumen
El presente artículo de grado trata de un modelo de vivienda de interés social de carácter progresivo, desarrollada dentro en el programa institucional Yomasa de la Universidad Católica de Colombia, con el objetivo de desarrollo en áreas de borde informal sin planificación, ubicado en la UPZ 57 Gran Yomasa, Localidad de Usme, Barrios Casa Loma I y II, Sierra Morena, el cual busca suplir la necesidad de vivienda en áreas de borde urbano sin desarrollo, con difícil acceso y asequibilidad a la vivienda, por medio de la optimización y aprovechamiento del suelo. Mediante la calidad espacial y constructiva a partir de un módulo de vivienda conformado por etapas conforme el número de integrantes del núcleo familiar valla creciendo.

Abstract
This undergraduate article deals with a model of social interest housing of a progressive nature, developed within the Yomasa institutional program of the Catholic University of Colombia, with the aim of development in areas of informal edge without planning, located in the UPZ 57 Gran Yomasa, Locality of Usme, Barrios Casa Loma I and II , Sierra Morena, which seeks to meet the need for housing in areas of urban edge without development, with difficult access and affordability to housing, through the optimization and use of land. Through the spatial and constructive quality from a housing module formed by stages as the number of members of the family nucleus grows.
